Updates

I'm a crazily lazy girl that only updates my blog like once in a blue moon. But it kind of surprises me that people still come to my blog to read my ridiculously boring life. Some of the major things that happened from the last time I blogged till now are definitely My Birthday, Class Chalet, Hong Kong Trip and Work.

18th Birthday

My eighteen birthday went down relatively simple but happy. Probably because I have reached the age where I do not expect people to actually care about it that much or that I have accepted the fact that it is just another day. But I still have deary friends that came over to celebrate my birthday for me.

It was a day before my birthday and my first day of work. My phone literally went out of battery after work and so when I go home and charge my phone I got a couple of missed calls from Xuan Kai. I called back and he told me he was around my area and got me to come down to talk to me. I was like "Don't lie to me." cause it's so obvious it's a day before my birthday and you suddenly want to talk to me at such a late timing?!

So I went down and I saw him alone. I started to let my guards down when we talked for almost an hour. Then he said he want to go to 7-11 so we went to the one at 836, just a block away from my block. When I go out from 7-11 I saw the girls and they started throwing whipped cream at me and singing me my birthday song. This was honestly the first ever birthday surprise I have received in my entire life and I'm really thankful.

Also, there is work on my birthday itself. After work I had lunch with Gwendolyn, Velle and Cherie for a little catch up. I'm contented. :)

Class Chalet

Class chalet went relatively well as compared to other class chalets that I have planned. Mainly because I am no longer the only one planning it. I don't really know what to say because my memory for the class chalet is already really faint. But what I do remember is that I really had fun.

Hong Kong Trip

This was the second time around that I actually went to Hong Kong, the first time was with my secondary school for an exchange programme which I lived in my bud's house. So this time around when I went over there, I did go ahead to meet her. We met at the shopping centre right below of my hotel. Caught up a little but nothing much. Probably because we haven't seen each other for a very long time so it feels a bit weird.

Other things that we did there is sight seeing and all. Very little shopping mostly because we are really short of time. Oh well, hopefully we can go there again soon!

Work

So for my holidays I went to ArtScience Museum to work with Gwendolyn and Velle. Mainly to pass time. I met some really good people and bad people. Had great things happen to me and good things. I'd like to thanks everyone that helped me there and all but most importantly Gwen and Velle cause I definitely would not be able to pull through the days alone. The heart-to-heart talks after work and all. <3 p="p">
