Din Tai Fung & XO Fish Head Bee Hun & Yoguru & Manna Story & Paradise Dynasty 2 & MOF & Everything with Fries
Wee!

I just had a test earlier today and I decide to blog a little. HAHA. Today's post is gonna be all food places again. Haha. I am sorry if it made you hungry (not). Looking at the pictures makes me hungry too. Haha reasons why I can't lose weight. So let's dig right into it!

Let's start with Din Tai Fung which is located right at Jurong Point. Not the first time I am having this but I haven't had it in a while haha.

JP's outlet is always so full so we had to wait for quite awhile. They gave us a clipboard with their menu so we can order first.

Their menu.

After at least 30 minutes of wait, we are finally in.

 Their Pork Patty fried rice.

I love their pork patty cause it's soft and yum! But you must have it before it turns cold, then it would not be that nice.

Drunken chicken. Smooth thigh meat. Yum!

We ordered Chilli Crab Xiao Long Bao! It's pretty nice and the soup inside the xiaolongbao is YUM! The skin is also not too thick.

Another of my fave! The prawn patty I think. The whole thing is full of prawn and I LOVE PRAWNS.

I know I have been saying until like all their food is nice, but this soup seriously sucks. It tasted like water and MSG. That's it. The wanton is also so-so only. Don't order this!!

And for dessert: YAM XIAO LONG PAO. MY FAVEEEE. I love yammm! They have the red bean one which is pretty good. But once, quite long ago they have red bean + yam which is absolutely divine. But it's only for a limited period so they don't have it anymore. Either way, this is still good!!

They have pretty decent Xiao Long Baos and all their outlets' standards are kinda the same and they have outlets everywhere (always very near a toast box or breadtalk because they are from the same company franchise). Reserve a seat if you don't want to wait.

Next up, something very near my school (I study in SP, in case you didn't know). But I study in Business school so it's kinda nearer to the other end of the school so it's still kinda far. LOL I don't know what I am yaking about. But it's actually just a traffic light away from SP (the other end of it from me).

The famous Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hoon!

We ordered fish instead of fish head cause I don't eat fish head lol.

I love this ngoh hiong. Mum say it's Hei Zhou. I don't know whats the difference la but it kinda taste the same. But I love this! Crunchy outside. Soft inside. *drools*

Their prawn paste chicken is honestly so-so only la, but I think their famous for it too?

The soup is divine! The XO taste! Omnomnom. But their bee hoon is so-so only. Too much for me I guess. (P/s. 8 of us ate one bowl of this which is meant for 4 people they say)

Their fish was okay lor a bit dry for me. The only thing I like about them is their SOUUUP. Very nice.

Cereal prawn. Their cereal is GOOD and the prawn is big. AND I LOVE PRAWNS (how many times am I gonna repeat myself).

I don't like vegetables but I took a picture of it anyway. Haha.

This was on father's day so here's a pic of me and my daddy. Yes, it's super long ago.

So yeah, I think this is a nice nearby place to eat at, affordable and pretty decent food too. Can reserve seats I think!

YOGURTT! Now there's so many yogurt places that sell almost the same thing. I don't really see much of a difference in most of them. But here we are at JCube's Yoguru!

I ordered Yam... CAUSE I LOVE YAM. lol.

Fruitty Pebbles are the best too. It's taste kinda weird for a yam yogurt. I don't know why, but it's just weird.

But I guess their original ones are kinda decent. $3++ per cup, kinda same as other yogurt places la, but I think they are overcharging yogurts leh, I don't feel like I will pay for it often.

Still in JCube, we decided to have some korean, so here we are at Manna Story.

All the tables are given these sides for free and it's refillable. I love the POTATOOOO (bottom left). But the rest tastes kinda weird to me.

Veron had kimchi soup. Looks really spicy.

My kimchi fried rice which is pretty good, with egg and salad! Comes with a small soup too.

Oh and I hate their chopsticks. Very hard to use!!

Refilled the sides again.

Yep, so I got their lunch set special so it's quite affordable. And very filling too!

Nice place to get some decent Korean food. It's always quite empty la so don't worry about seats. But I generally thing Korean food doesn't fit Singaporean's taste buds. Singaporeans usually go for Korean Barbecue only la.

So I went to Esplanade for Pioneer Chinese Orchestra's performance to support my homies! They did a great job!!

Later that day, I headed to Lot 1 to have a meal with my family at Paradise Dynasty 2!

So yeah, they are known for their colorful xiao long baos. The "2" restaurant so they don't have all the flavors that are available at their main restaurant. (I know. XIAOLONGBAO AGAIN)

 The various flavors and price.

The bamboo shoots. I think it taste weird but the adults say it's nice. LOL.

MY XIAOLONGBAOSSS.

I ate the skin and this is the inside of the CHEESE XIAO LONG BAOO. YUMZ.

The CRAB ROE XIAO LONG BAO.

All their Xiao Long Baos are nice, but if I have to really choose one, it has got to be the Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao. HEAVENLY. *DROOL*

Drunken chicken AGAIN. Theirs is pretty good too!

Their beans are good too but a little too salty.

This is the pastry with white radish, kinda like popiah filling. Quite nice!

My seafood ramen!!

Prawnnns! I love their soup but I love the generous amount of ingredients insideeee!

Ignore my retard face, BUT LOOK AT HOW BIG THE BOWL IS!

Dessert! I don't know what is this called but it's like egg white outside and banana inside. YUMMMMYYY!

It's quite big also and I had 2!!

I kinda love their Xiao Long Baos better than Ding Tai Fung cause it's yummm! But I do prefer their ION Orchard outlets where they have more flavors. Still very nice anyway!

Oh and I met my Secondary 4 classmates few weeks back. Haven't met most of them since O level results release so I was quite surprised it wasn't awkward for us. It was a great catch up!

After which, I met Lennard then we headed to JP's MOF to have some beer. FLAVORED HOEGAARDEN!

Strawberry, Lycee and Original!

I love the strawberry the best! Sweet and smooth!

I drank at least 1.5 pints. HAHAHA.

I don't know where else you can get flavored hoegaarden but you should try! It's nice.

Whoop last place today before I end off this long post! Everything with Fries! At Holland Village.

Root beer float. Yumz.

Skinny wings, this is DAMN NICE. Crunchy, will marinated. They kinda just cut normal wings into half and it also makes it easier to eat! But it's oh-so-sinful!

Sis's chicken!

I ordered pork chop which is pretty yummy!!

The serving is quite big.

But the pork is quite fat and I feel damn sinful. So I kinda remove the lards. The pork itself a bit hard. But it taste a bit like Chilli's Baby Back Ribs!

Can't finish my fries, therefore I finished EVERYTHING EXCEPT FRIES. HAHAHA.

So yep, their food quite nice. Ambience quite chill. Nice place to eat and chat.
