TungLok XiHe Peking Duck & PasarBella

Hello hello!

I know, I am supposed to be doing my report now but taking a short break to blog wouldn't kill right! Besides, I haven't been blogging in a while. Hahaha. So let's get started! WEEE!

The first place would be TungLok XiHe Peking Duck. A place I mentioned that my family wanted to try but because the duck was out of stock the other time. So we're finally here, back at the Grandstand. They are located at the outside of it.

It's quite big inside la.

The very very thick menu. I love how big each picture is.

Similar to many other restaurants I blogged about before, this place also uses iPad to order.

First dish, herbal drunken chicken roll! Think the alcohol taste in this one is quite strong. But it's very nice!

This it's thigh meat so the texture is quite soft.

Next up! Smoked sliced fish in sweet sauce. I LOVEEE THIS DISH. The sauce is well, sweet. Kinda like honey and the fish is crispy but the fish inside is still soft. Very nice!!

The peking duck comes with all these garnishes different garishes for different parts of the duck.

So for example this the crunchiest part of the skin then you can dap the blueberry sauce and sugar.

Duck breasts are used to wrap with the salty sauce in the thin popiah like skin provided.

The duck thigh is the softest part which is best to have it itself. Yum yum!

I love how creative their dishes are.

The beef is like medium, quite nice also!

There's a heat pack below the popiah skin to keep it warm! hahaha.

Think their food quite nice, like their dishes are so creative and cannot be found elsewhere kind. Their peking duck is comparable with the one from Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck. Hehe so you can try this if you you are craving for some peking duck.

So we went for a walk around grandstand and found this new place called Pasarbella which is a super big place with small shop fronts with a lot of different stuff like cafe, ice cream, so on and so forth.

Freshly baked macaron shells.

I decided to try their macarons though it is not cheap la.

Their packaging quite plain also.

But their macarons are quite big. Hehe.

Salted caramel. Quite nice but the size a bit too big then eat too much will sian.

Dark chocolate macaron. Quite nice also. Hehe.

I like how nicely themed the place is.

There are plenty of cafes inside haha you are bound to find something you like.

This japanese potato chips is damn nice. It's less salty than regular chips.

Haha, ya this is the toilet.

Wee! Sat down and ate ice cream from Seventh Heaven.

Got two scoops! 100% Chocolate and Butter Beer. I tried the Superman but it tastes a bit fake. Haha.

As you can see it's quite big la so many thing to see so if you just happen to drop by you can go and check it out. Haha.
